Templates that looked professional but felt generic.
The client had a library of beautifully designed website templates but a serious discovery problem. Users were arriving at the marketplace, spending 20–30 minutes browsing hundreds of options, and leaving without purchasing. The choice was overwhelming and nothing helped them find the right template for their specific business type or goal.
Beyond discovery, the other core problem was content. Businesses would purchase a template and then stall when it came to filling it with real copy. They'd launch months later with placeholder text still in place, or give up entirely. The platform needed to solve both: help users find the right template instantly and give them a head start on content.
The vision was a platform where a business owner answers a few questions about what they do and who they serve — and the AI does the rest, recommending the ideal template and pre-populating it with relevant, industry-specific copy they can edit and publish.

User Research & Drop-off Analysis
We interviewed 20 customers who had abandoned the purchase flow and analysed session recordings. The findings were clear: the discovery gap was costing the client 60–70% of potential conversions.
AI Matching Architecture
We designed a business profiling questionnaire and built a matching model that maps business type, industry, audience, and goals to the most relevant template options in the catalogue.
AI Content Generation Layer
Integrated an LLM-powered content layer that generates industry-appropriate copy for every section of the chosen template — headlines, body copy, CTAs — based on the business profile inputs.
Platform Rebuild & Launch
